Anyone who would not render assistance to a human being in medical distress is less than human! Regardless of any regulations this was a human being in distress and no one helped. My God, what kind of a person would allow another human being to just die???

Good example of POOR Reporting! The questions the reporter and the 911 operator should have asked were "Is there a Code Status order from the Doctor?" Also, the Nurse is bound by HIPPA restrictions; why is the 911 operator not prevented from giving out this woman's medical information to the public? Many 87 year old people have expressed their wishes not to have CPR done on them. So this NEWS REPORT fails to ask any of the appropriate questions and only builds on the reaction of the 911 operator who apparently needs more training!

That nurse did NOT exercise "Due Diligence" and should be arrested for murder. No ifs ands or buts.
