RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- A former member of the Nevada State Contractor's Board's Most Wanted List has pled guilty to Diversion of Funds.

Steve Charles Yon received a suspended one-year jail sentence, and was placed on probation for 36 months. Yon will have to pay over $9,000 in restitution to the victim and hundreds to the Public Defender's office.

The charge stems from a fencing project that Yon's company, Alpine Fence, never completed.
