California IS Mexico, so there's no need to make a special request when building a border wall. It's already in the planning stages.

And this is a surprise? The pols in California, and San Diego, threw common sense out the window years ago. Friend of the son is at this home, smoking pot. Personally, I don't see a problem with that. My problem comes up when the "authorities" charge the homeowner with leaving a loaded weapon "unattended" and the pot smoking friend shoots himself. Ever think that the kid should be blamed for picking up the weapon and shooting himself? Maybe the kid should be blamed for smoking pot and picking up the weapon? If the kid had gone and done a DUI, and killed himself in the process, would the car manufacturer be blamed for making the car that he killed himself with? Insane. Common sense has gone out the window and been deep-sixed in the Pacific Ocean. Put the blame where it belongs. Tragic as it is, it isn't the homeowners fault. One is supposed to respect articles found when visiting someone elses abode. This includes weapons, which by definition are always to treated as if they are loaded. DUH!

a less pot smoking f o o l to deal with. I would of plead NOT guilty unlike this gun owner who thinks it is the right thing to do. Of course I being a lot more of a responsible gun owner in never leaving a loaded rifle on the kitchen counter to shoot at the "varmits" or is it "potheads"?

So he'd drove a car and hit and killed someone the owner of the car can be charged? We don't need to build a wall along the US/Mexico border, it needs to be around California to keep the Morons and fools in one location!
