UPDATE 2:20PM - Traffic is moving slowly on Eastbound Interstate 80 now because of an accident involving a vehicle towing a car on a trailer and an older SUV. The SUV rolled over in the crash. Per scanner traffic, the occupants of that vehicle suffered minor injuries.
