RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Reno Police say a man who had been drinking crossed 4th Street last night and was hit by a car.
A 41-year-old male was walking across 4th Street west of the Ralston Street crosswalk. Reno Police say the 40-year-old driver was traveling westbound on 4th Street and entered the intersection with a green light.
Police say the car then hit the pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to Renown where he is being treated for non life-threatening injuries.
The pedestrian was cited for jaywalking, and the driver was cited for no driver’s license.
Police are still investigating this incident.
