Sparks Municipal Judge James Spoo filed a written order yesterday, saying the man who shot himself in the buttocks in a Sparks theater on August 14 is guilty.
According to the written order, 56 year old Fernando Eagleheart is guilty of a misdemeanor of unlawful discharge of a firearm. A sentencing date has not yet been set for Eagleheart.
