LYON COUNTY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Lyon County Manager Jeff Page confirmed to News 4 this afternoon that both the HR department and the Lyon County Sheriff are investigating Justice of the Peace Mike Fletcher.
The investigations were launched after a complaint was filed alleging Fletcher was under the influence while on the job yesterday and that he pointed a gun at someone.
Fletcher has served as Justice of the Peace for six years. He was just re-elected in November.
The county manager says there does not appear to be any physical evidence of a crime at this point so they are relying simply on what witnesses can tell them.
