CARSON CITY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The man allegedly responsible for running his car into a woman and pinning her against a garage, ultimately leading to her death, was denied bail, according to the Carson City District Attorney.
Desiree Bragg, 19, was crushed between a van and a home the night of Jan. 26. Leonardo Cardoza, 27, is in jail booked on suspicion of Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Injuries, and DUI. He is expected to face murder charges.
