Sparks, NV (KRNV & MyNews4,com)-- Police report that 46-year-old Roy Gumm was placed under arrest after a bar fight in Luckie's Bar the evening of March 16th, 2013.
According to the press release on the incident, police were called to Luckie's Bar at 608 E. Prater Way at 5:40 p.m. According to witnesses, the fight had started between several bar patrons who were playing pool, during the fight Gumm pulled a knife and began attempting to swing at another two subjects. The victim of this attack only suffered minor injuries and did not need medical attention.
Gumm then fled the scene in a pickup truck. An officer spotted his truck at the intersection of McCarran and E. Lincoln where he was arrested. He is charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and battery, and has a bail of $40,500.
