1975- Ihernandez' brother losing his job is a "worst case scenario",a business being investigated, prosecuted or sued doesn't necessarily mean people will lose their jobs. And regarding the company's discrimination also may not be cause for an employee to leave, especially if he doesn't have another job lined up. I've had to stick with jobs that were nearly intolerable because work was hard to find, and without that job the bills don't get paid. Until you "walk a mile in his shoes",you might reserve comment.

If your brother is being "discriminated" against, since this is a popular charge in 2013, why is he still working there? And why would you want this company to "get what they deserve" if your brother does still work there, wouldn't that put him out of a job? Something does not ring true with your accusations, but I suppose people can just say whatever they please, it doesn't have to be true or sensible or proven anymore for people to follow along. I pray for the family of the lost and for this company, and frankly I pray that maturity and common sense could once again be restored.
