This Judge has no, nada, zero, law education, degree or even from a match book cover school, knowledge of the law. Because of that, any ruling on a capital case such as this is now open to any appeal they want to do. This will make this a waste of the taxpayers money and time. Nevada should make it a law that anyone setting on any court bench in the position of any judge WILL HAVE a license/degree to practice law. Nevada law states that anyone with no legal training, schooling, education, or license can set on a lower court bench. In other words, Joe the Ragman can be a JUDGE that makes life or death decisions. He can make these rulings but can't give you one word of legal advice? What's wrong with this picture.
