At the very LEAST a little more information in the "reporting" would sure help.

Suggestion: Add links to traffic webcams in the affected area so we can see if it's safe to go that route or find an alternate solution.

Would be awesome if you had links to live webcams so your viewing public can see if it's still jammed or ok to drive through. No one likes sitting in a parking lot. ; )
