Missing Snowboarder Found

UPDATE: The snowboarder who went missing Wednesday at Heavenly Ski Resort has been found. According to Douglas County Undersheriff Paul Howell 24-year-old Corey Hoffman was staying in a hotel room and didn't call family members to let them know he was staying overnight. On Wednesday January 9th at about 8:30 p.m. the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Heavenly Ski Resort, Stagecoach Lodge in Stateline, Nevada on the report of an overdue snowboarder.

He was snowboarding with his brother, didn't come down after the last run, his car was found in the parking lot with his cell phone in it and HE WAS AT A HOTEL???? How did he get to a hotel? He should be charged for the rescue efforts, time and equipment. There is something missing from this story.
