Sparks, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - Lieutenant Brain Miller with the Sparks Police Department confirms 50 year old Kimberley Seaton whose body was found buried Tuesday (12/11/12) in the backyard of a Sparks home was strangled to death.
Seaton was reported missing last Friday after her family says they hadn't heard from her in over 2 weeks.
Sparks police say Seaton had been staying with 57-year-old Thomas Brant who police says has admitted to killing Seaton.
They say Brant confessed to burying Seaton's body in a shallow grave in the backyard of his home on the 1800 block of "C" street in Sparks.
Brant was arrested Tuesday. Investigators say he is cooperating with the investigation.
