RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- 60-year-old Colleen Spencer, who had been missing for a week has been found in good condition.
Today around 1:30pm, Spencer was located unharmed and in good condition at 4th Street and Evans Avenue by Reno Police Officers.
RPD Sgt. K.C. Myers tells News 4 Spencer was at the bus station waiting for the next bus.
According to Sg.t Myers Spencer checked into a local homeless shelter and when she found out there weren't any beds available she left.
Workers at the homeless shelter recognized Spencer by her name and picture due to missing person information and called RPD to report she was in the downtown Reno area.
We're told she has been reunited with her family.
