More victims of sex crimes come forward after perpetrator's arrest

After Carl "Wayne" Smith's Feb. 5 arrest, Washoe County Sheriff's Office is reporting three other victims have come forward alleging inappropriate sexual contact with Smith.

More victims? Of course. Many people, kids included, don't know what to do, who to call, when victimized.

Got one living across the street in Carson City that likes to watch the school kids walk back and forth to their bus. PD doesn't want to do anything about him.
