America is full of freeloaders and that will never change. Sure those that "almost" got victimized by this deceased f o o l will sue just because that is what they do and that attorney who will get his percentage commission will get his dirty cut so that he can pay for more billboards and commercials to advise that he can beat the law and reduce your fines for doing wrong at the expense of law enfocement "accidents." These shark defense attorneys like Gilbert, Vanna, Golighty, Brock, and Mckenna to name a few are all snakes and make their clients free they are worthy when they are the ones who are after the big easy payday.

The attorney is Kenneth McKenna, ESQ on 1st St in Reno. Read the PDF of the actual complaint filed by his office. It's appalling. The incident JUST HAPPENED and they're complaining that it took 'several minutes' before another NHP officer responded. Dear Nichols family & Mr. McKenna ESQ: you are scum bags and I hope you lose this case, have to pay court costs and are publicly disgraced.

If you read earlier reports of this and a statement by an attorney you will probably know who the attorney is. This is typical attorney legalized extortion.

How greedy can people get? You are going to sue because of something that almost happened to you? This case should be thrown out it is ridiculous! The attorney should be fined for even attempting to go through with the law suit.

Not sure who is more of a freeloader here. The couple or the dirtbag attorney that filed the suit? I sleep well at night. I'm sure this couple and the attorney don't. To them, be sure to call the patrol when you need them though.
