The "average" gun owner is punished once again? The Right To BARE ARMS was put into **our constitutional rights** for a reason That reason is so the "average" person would/could BE ABLE too control THE government if they decide to PLAY HITLER remember. REMEMBER guns dont kill people People KILL people and this is ONE MORE way to chisel away at our "Right To BARE ARMS " .There have been record numbers of CRAZY people Running OVER people in CARS do WE BAN TRUCKs or all station wagons?

This is about ever citizens Constitutional rights. The Governor and Mayor of New York is NOT above the Law of the Land. They should be tarred, feathered and sent to California to live with D Feinstein.

If people are sick enough to kill, they will find another weapon other than guns. It is the people, not the guns that are the problem. What's next? A ban on large kitchen knives???
