RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- A man known to many as "Nevada's Priest" was laid to rest today.
Earlier this morning, hundreds turned out at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church to pay their final respects to Monsignor Leo McFadden. Monsignor McFadden passed away Saturday after spending most of his adult life as a leader in northern Nevada's Catholic community.
Monsignor McFadden is being laid to rest at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery. His headstone reading "a Nevada priest forever."
