SPARKS, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The Washoe County District Attorney has announced that no charges will be filed following a deadly road rage shooting last Halloween.
Kristian Francis Rodgers of Fernley shot and killed Devin Churchill during the incident along Interstate 80 in Sparks.
This afternoon, Washoe County District Attorney Dick Gammick told News 4 they have ruled the shooting was self-defense. Gammick says the victim assaulted the suspect in his car and that's what led to the shooting.
