Pedestrian in critical condition after being hit by car on Wells at I-80

Police say a pedestrian is in critical condition after being hit by the driver of a Jeep Wrangler at Wells Avenue and the Interstate 80 on-ramp around 8am Feb. 20.

believe the Wrangler hit him not the driver, NV4. this area always people lurching around, narrow and poorly designated lanes.
