RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Police say the man who is suspected of starting the Pinehaven Fire has been arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without insurance, according to Deputy Armando Avina. Avina says Charles Asa Sanford's bail is set at $21,090.
Commander Mac Venzon says the car was reported stolen by an individual on Nov. 4. Sanford was arrested yesterday at the corner of Sutro Street and 6th Street. Sanford was arrested and taken into custody without incident
