Hey speed, you stupid basturd. Why dont do some honest investigation into pit bull attacks around the country,If you do you will find more instances of deadly attacks on people dogs and kids than you can read in one sitting. The fact is pitbulls were originally bred for fighting. They are'nt hunting dogs or herding dogs. I believe it to be true, also that ignorant people like you are attracted to violence and violent things.

Hey speed ,you are the idiot,I;ve been around more dogs and livestock in general than you will ever see.Yes I know pit bulls are just dogs like any other dog and the problem is the owners, yes I get that. But there is always going to be irresponsible people owning pit bulls as long as those dogs are legal to be here.We cant do anything about the people,we have to live with them, but we dont have to keep putting up with pit bulls. We can outlaw them and rid our community of these potentially deadly dogs. There are plenty of other dogs to choose from. You talk about freedom? What about my freedom from attack by losers like you and your savage dogs? You only talk about your rights and what you want, but what about mine? Maybe in a free and just world,if your dogs come on to my property and take the lives of my loved ones,I would be justified in taking yours! An eye for an eye and then some!

Louie, your idiocy is showing. We know Chihuahuas PROBABLY never killed anyone-so WHAT? That isn't the point. The point is that the BREED of a dog isn't what makes it a dangerous dog as much as the way it's RAISED. I find it really hard to get through to chowderheads like you, because you're so ill-informed and opinionated to the point of absolute stupidity. I DON'T CARE how scared you are of dogs; You ARE right, though, that there are people who have no business having dogs,or kids for that matter, but when you start outlawing pets or children, you're endorsing Socialism. "Most people who own a pit bull's are usually irresponsible, tattooed and pierced, dope smoking loser's with their hat on backwards trying to make up for some kind of short coming and show how tuff they think they are,"---These are just the ones YOU know? THIS statement shows that you only know what you WANT to know. The woman I referred to,with the PUREBRED Pit Bull,is a 68 year old woman, she doesn't match a single attribute you mentioned, and BTW she has another Pit (a DEAF one) she's training as a replacement for her current service dog when she gets too old to work, and a Rottweiler too. You need to stop getting your information from "Reality" TV shows.

Oh, an insurance salesman. Great. Just take responsibility for your own actions (or in-actions), and that will solve any problems. Why make it so damned complicated?

Time for people to have to insure their pets. Just like car insurance. Liability and property damage.

So if we go with Louis Enos' mentality, anything smaller that's killed by a larger dog, even if it was the smaller dog who was the aggressor, should result in the larger dog being killed. So what if both dogs are about the same size and the situation is otherwise the same? Do you still kill the dog that was leashed, but ended up killing the one that wasn't? That's stupid. Pit Bulls are powerful animals, yes. But if they're properly leashed and controlled, and are attached by any other dog, no matter how big or small, they can defend themselves. And they should be put to death if they won the fight, and if they didn't start that fight. I have an idea, let's do the same with humans. I'm a short guy, so that means I should be able to kick the crap out of anybody bigger than me, and not be prosecuted for it. You small dog owners have a responsibility too. Leash and control your animals!

Hey speed,a chihuahua never killed anybody-EVER!I don't care how nice your pit bull is,in the wrong hands they are dangerous! The problem is too many jack asses out there walking around with pit bulls who can't take care of themselves or their kids, much less an animal with the potential to cause great bodily harm. Why not have a crocodile on a leash?I'm sure there are some nice one's out there.

Good riddance to those pit bulls! What a horrible sight when those people came home and found their dogs slaughtered! Can you imagine the terror going on in that house and no where to run and hide?My heart goes out to those people.I say ban the pit bull, get rid of them.Make it a felony to own or breed them.Has anybody been to the dog pound lately? It is over-flowing with unwanted pit bulls. Most people who own a pit bull's are usually irresponsible, tattooed and pierced, dope smoking loser's with their hat on backwards trying to make up for some kind of short coming and show how tuff they think they are, after all any self respecting macho-man could never be seen walking a chihuahua, right?

So here I am again. Here's my story today. I'm jogging my usual 4 miles. I have my Pit (American Blue Bully) with me on his leash (yes he is fit, muscular and beautiful and no, his ears are not cropped). I'm running down my street getting closer to my house. When all of a sudden my neighbors little poodle dog comes out and chases us down the street. I wasn't alarmed. My dog didn't give it the slightest attention as it was barking and running right next to him. I just laughed and thought, my oh my, that little dog is worst behaved than my big ol pit! And yes, he is pure bread and will weigh 120lbs when he is mature.
