Possible shooting shuts down 395 northbound near Washoe Valley

Reno, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)-- NHP tells News 4 that the Raven Helicopter is going to loop around the area to see if they can find a suspect.

395 northbound will be reopened shortly.

Reno, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)-- News 4 is on scene at the 395 northbound and Eastlake exit.

Traffic is still shutdown while Police search for a possible shooter.

NHP Troopers tell News 4 that a man was seen walking along the highway and shooting at cars. No cars were hit, and only one person reported the possible shooting.

There are no other details at this time.

News 4 crew members are on their way to a possible shooting that has shutdown northbound traffic on the 395 near Washoe Valley. 

Washoe County Sergeants say they have shutdown northbound 395 between 0.8 mile north and 1.8 mile north of North Eastlake Boulevard after reports of shots fired by someone in the median of the highway.

News 4 crew members are on their way and we will bring you more information as it becomes available.

maybe U should type that Raven will "whoop" around the area. It is all sketchy and kinda "loopy" as seen as Noose4
