LAS VEGAS (AP) — An arrest report says a Las Vegas pet store owner was videotaped letting an arsonist into her store and she collected office files before leaving as the man set fire to the business with more than two dozen puppies inside.
Court records showed Monday that Gloria Eun Hye Lee faces felony conspiracy and arson charges in the early Jan. 27 fire at the Prince & Princess Puppy Boutique.
Fire officials say sprinklers doused flames and firefighters rescued the puppies. They were taken to an area animal shelter.
The fire caused $100,000 in damage.
A man named in the criminal complaint against Lee hasn't been charged.
Clark County spokesman Dan Kulin says the case is an ongoing investigation.
Authorities haven't said what they think the motive was for the fire.
