RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- RLC First, LLC has announced the purchase of the ground floor of the Arlington Towers with plans to renovate it for existing and new tenants.
RLC First LLC is a related entity of Reno Land and Cattle LLC headed by Vince Griffith owner of Reno Engineering. Previously, Griffith bought the second floor of the Palladio building at Second and Sierra with Reno Land & Cattle Company and moved his offices there.
Current tenants in the Arlington Towers space purchased by RLC First include Desert Diamonds, which just renewed its lease, Outsiders Hair Salon and bar, Whiskey.
