RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- According to the manager of the Hostess Store in Reno, the store will close its doors Nov. 20 at 5pm.
The Wonderbread/Hostess Outlet store is located on Longley Lane. Hostess had to close because it could not keep up with rising labor costs. The company filed a motion to liquidate today with U.S. Bankruptcy Court after striking workers across the country crippled its ability to stay in business.
The shuttering of Hostess means the loss of about 18,500 jobs.
