I've been monitoring the project on the public safety airwaves. And I am impressed. They had a seemingly minor security breach (a corner cut, somewee hour of the morning towards the end of December), and the system is so good that they not only discovered it immediately, but documented it and rectified it. No one played a blame game. They just saw the error, understood it, re-examined the security feature and fixed it.
