probably goes to the overpaid city manager's wallet. I agree, the city has been raising the cost of sewer services multiple times in the last few years. Subway, Port of Subs, roundtable probably get a lot of that money because those fearless city leaders all just get lunch and make poor financial decisions for this struggling city as a whole.

why as a home owner could i not declare a stateofemergency @my house? i had to pay 22k for my new sewer line because it went across the st. & according to the CITY and roto rooter/lakeside diggers that is my property.SO now i guess i own the street. 3x these yahoos came out to tear up my front yard. i say the city, like me a home owner should have to pay their own bill! What has Reno done with the money it collects from us for sewer services?? That's $106 PER quarter from everyone with a property...seems to me that's enough to avoid an emergency let alone rebuild it from scratch...and is in addition to property tax!! Rich Ribas
