RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- A civil rights group has identified over 30 cities, Reno included, as possible places where people may be intimidated to vote.
The Advancement Project says it will have staff and lawyers at polling places to assist people having trouble voting.
The group says a major issue in Washoe County is a lack of bilingual poll workers, as 29 of 525 workers are bilingual. The group says those workers can't serve the 25 percent of Reno's Spanish speaking population.
