Yeah- just try to get them NOW. This may be a ploy to see how people react, when told that some people do not deserve to have their guns!

This should be a State by State issue to begin with. I think StandsWithFist has it right. Without Fed agents here,the State should handle it. However,if there's to be no prosecution,why would they bother?

I think they are talking about current permit holders who have committed a felon and need to have their permit pulled and guns confiscated. That would make more sense!

Shouldn't it be a person doesn't get the gun before the background check is completed?..Seems much harder to go retrieve them once they are in the possession of someone. Maybe this is talking about running checks on those all ready owned...but it did not seem to be saying this. Why or how did these guys get to walk out with the gun?
