nothing but excuses! Main thoroughfares in Spanish Springs neighborhoods are a mess! Im not talking each and every street...im talking main streets into the neighborhoods (the birds)! Like the street Silent sparrow..... it is a heavily used street. If somebody were to crash into me or me into them ....I would sue the city!

REALLY? it's strange how I can throw ice melt down on my sidewalk (after it's been walked on and refroze) and it melts the ice - sure it's a little more work BUT with the cities law about homeowners keeping their sidewalks clear maybe the city should take a little more time to help it's citizens and do the "side streets" even if they only "sand" it would help.
