When seconds count, the police are minutes away? No wait- they are snowed in. 60 seconds I doubt, but even if true, 60 seconds of the first report, then ingress to the school, very likely at least 5 minutes. Teachers should carry, they are there, not minutes away! The brave teachers who talked him down deserve high recognition.
