I drove in from 70 in California, which isn't grooved and also, it was snowing. Thus,"slippery" conditions is a misnomer; more likely it is hydroplaning and less road friction with tires. Not slick nor slippery yet. Its "headlights", One Word. two words: Slow down

This report has these errors: I-580 ends at I-80, from there North it is still 395. Using this distinction could make it easier to "process" info, especially where there is Nbound/Sbound direction(s) described. There is no "I-395".

drivers never slow down or reduce their speeds in snow conditions, and rain conditions. I reduce my speed up to 5mph in this kind of weather, especially rain soaked roads. Some drivers are absolute morons driving thru flooded roads and splash that water as they go thru not caring in the world that is dangerous upon others. Also, please turn your head lights on in this kind of weather. It helps for other motorist to see you. Slow down... stop driving like it is summertime!
