SPARKS, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Sparks Police have released surveillance photos associated with the attempted kidnapping on the 2100 block of Victorian Avenue Mar. 12.
Sparks PD hopes that these will help identify the suspect that allegedly pointed a gun at the female victim and showed her his genitals. The victim also says he grabbed her by the arm and attempted to drag her into the van before a male friend of the victim confronted the suspect.
