UPDATE:  Reno Police have arrested 27 year old Robert Haney on three misdemeanor charges, including driving under the influence.

According to police, Haney was driving eastbound on St. Lawrence Street and failed to stop at the stop sign on Forest Street. An oncoming SUV struck the red truck Haney was driving in the intersection. The truck came to a rest on the steps of the Casson Apartment building.

Haney left the scene. Police say he went to his grandma's house, which was nearby. He did return to the scene and therefore will not face hit-and-run charges according to police.

The woman driving the SUV was not injured in the crash, but was taken to the hospital because she is pregnant and that is a standard procedure.

RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) - Two cars collided, and one bounced into an apartment building. No serious injuries. St. Lawrence is shut down for a block around Forest Street.
