RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Washoe County District Court Judge Scoot Freeman entered a permanent injunction on Nov. 8 against Paul Santiago which prevents Santiago from unlicensed practice of medicine as requested by Nevada State Board of Examiners.
The permanent injunction and temporary restraining order were sought because of allegations that Santiago was impersonating a licensed doctor and was engaging in sexually inappropriate conduct with patients, according to the Nevada State Board of Examiners.
