RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Former Reno Police sergeant Jim Stegmaier has filed a lawsuit accusing the Reno Police Department of sexual harassment and discrimination.

Stegmaier quit his job with RPD after he was accused of pointing his gun at other officers while on duty. The suit, filed in federal court, claims other officers made fun of Stegmaier, using homosexual slurs, even though Stegmaier is not gay.

Stegmaier wants to the city to pay him compensatory damages with the amount to be determined by the court.

This is a complete joke...frivolous lawsuit. After all of the practical jokes and stupid things he has done, he just needs to crawl under a rock. How about paying damages to people you defrauded over real estate deals?
