This is a very sad situation for this little girl. Glad she only suffered minor injuries in this accident, but the emotional scars she has suffered from both parents is irrehensible it is surprising that she wasnt hurt when her mother dragged her father down the road with the car. Her mother allowed her to get in the car with her father, both are guilty for endangering her and when is rolling a vehicle only attempted endangerment when a child is in the vehicle some one should step in and help this child before something else happens to her.
