We have lock boxes on the corner because they don't like to come to our house when it rains or snows. They said they didn't HAVE TO deliver anything to our door if they didn't want to. Otherwise the ones who don't know where we're at OR the lazy ones will only leave a ticket in the lock box so we have to go down to the Sparks P.O. to pick it up. We've only had a few carriers that will deliver packages because they didn't want to take it back to the P.O.

Past time to cut back residential home delivery to 1-4 times a week. Once a week is enough for my neighborhood. They could also INSIST on more of those neighborhood mail boxes with a compartment for each address.
