RENO, Nev. (AP) — A man who was stabbed to death on a Reno street has been identified as 20-year-old Andrew Amezcua.

Officers responding to a report of an injured person found Amezcua in the 2600 block of Yori Avenue early Saturday, suffering from multiple stab wounds.

He was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead.

Police say an investigation indicates the victim was involved in an altercation with one or more unidentified suspects. Investigators are urging anyone with information to contact the Reno Police Department or Secret Witness.
