Okay really ... what routine traffic stop they do this on that highway everyday ... reguardless of who is a douch or whose fault it is . why dont they concentrate on speeders instead of people that look suspicious.... Holy crap! That attorney is an ignorant ass! Why don't we, like the rest of the states in the US allow for a telephonic warrant! This would have allowed the original officer to have been there at the time of this incident. Instead he was forced to leave the scene to fetch a warrant to search the car!
