FACT FINDER: Former commissioner admits "grabbing" 18-year-old's neck

According to court documents obtained by News 4, former Storey County Commissioner "Bum" Hess is admitting to law enforcement he grabbed an 18-year-old by the throat so hard he expected to leave a mark.

Burrell was sitting on the bleachers behind the team. The event took place as the teams were shaking hands with each other, in front of the team bench as people were getting off the bleachers. There were a lot of people moving past and around each other at that point. Also...you have only heard one side of the story...it would be prudent to reserve your opinion until you have the facts (both sides of the story, and witnesses testimony...)

Yo ericboyer. My bro didn't even know that he bumped into "Bum." Bum slammed into my bro on purpose. Their was crowd of people cuz it was after the Basketball game. Get yo facts right.

Sound to me like the kid had a butt kicking coming. I was taught to say, "Excuse me, Sir" if I bumped an adult, but I was carefull enough not to. By the way the 18 year old is an ADULT.
