FALLON, Nev. (AP) — One of Nevada's Top 10 most wanted criminals has been arrested in Fallon.

Charles Deselms of Fallon was taken into custody along with two other people after an hour-long standoff at a house there Tuesday night.

North Central Narcotics Task Force Sgt. Dan Johnson told Fallon's Lahontan Valley News (http://bit.ly/14mWbt9 ) that Deselms was wanted on numerous felony drug charges and was considered armed and dangerous.

The 47-year-old Deselms was on the Nevada Department of Public Safety Investigation Division's 10 most wanted list.

Johnson says Deselms tried to flee through a side window but members of a SWAT team staked out the side and backyard. Deselms surrendered after nearly two months on the run.

He was booked into the Churchill County Jail on various charges, including trafficking in a controlled substance, sale of narcotics and eluding arrest. His bail was set at $225,640.

Sheena Marshall was arrested on drug charges and Daniel Jeppsen was booked on a charge of being an accessory to assault with a deadly weapon.
