A Type-3 Incident Management Team has been called up and will assume command of the fire at 6 a.m. July 14.

Cooler temperatures and slight precipitation also assisted suppression efforts with minimal acreage burned on Friday, July 13.

Working with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Elko District are the Tecoma Volunteer Fire Department out of Montello, Nevada Division of Forestry and the U.S. Forest Service.
