Abortion doctor found guilty of murdering 3 babies born alive in PA

PHILADELPHIA, PA (NBC 10, KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- NBC 10 in Philadelphia is reporting former Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell was found guilty on three of four counts of first-degree murder involving the deaths of four babies.

NBC 10 says Gosnell was also found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the overdose death of former patient Karnamaya Mongar.

He will now face the death penalty in the sentencing phase, which is set to begin a week from Tuesday.
