Sparks, NV-- (KRNV and www.mynews4.com)-- Sparks Detectives have identified the woman that was hit and killed at the Alamo Truck Stop on Dec. 1. The woman was 44-year-old Deborah J. Sayer.
Detectives have released photos of Sayer talking with an unidentified white male inside the Truck Stop about an hour before her death.

Officers say Sayer suffered severe head trauma after being hit and dragged by a vehicle, which was more than likely by a semi-tractor, according to police.
She was found by a truck driver and no other vehicles were around her.
Witnesses did not see the crash, but were able to describe a truck that had been seen in the area where Sayer was found.
The truck was described as a blue semi-truck with a 53 foot trailer with either green writing or a green design on the trailer.
Police are still working on identifying the truck involved in the crash.
