LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- New information has come out regarding the saga that surrounds Nevada Assemblyman Steven Brooks.

Our station in Las Vegas just told us that new allegations have surfaced alleging that, besides threatening Assembly Speaker Marilyn Kirkpatrick, Brooks also allegedly threatened Assembly Majority Leader William Horne.

Yesterday, Brooks was ushered into a legislative police office when he arrived at the state legislature. He kept his head down, his face largely concealed, and walked with a cane.

Brooks faces a court hearing on Monday in Las Vegas.

We'll have more on this latest allegation on our evening newscasts.
