RENO, Nev. ( & KRNV) -- A Reno man who was publicly shamed for dining and dashing is behind bars for failing to respect the rules and orders of court.

Saul Zelaznog was arrested and charged with Contempt of Court and was booked into Washoe County Jail Wednesday.

Zelaznog was an object of social media scorn after workers at the Brewer's Cabinet in Reno posted his picture on Facebook following one of his alleged dining and dashing incidents.

Other local establishments such as Imperial and Campo told News 4 they believe they were also victims of Zelaznog.

Zelaznog is scheduled to appear at Mental Health Court Friday at 9:30 a.m. with Judge Rose presiding.
