RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KNRV) -- Artown is in full swing and the Reno Pops Orchestra Group is celebrating the 19th annual festival with a special performance Friday night.

The concert, called 'Wheels, Trains, and Rocket Planes,' will be filled with the sounds of jazz, pop and movie soundtrack favorites from the last 100 years -- all the way from the days horse and buggy to space travel. The concert will take place at the Hawkins Amphitheater at Bartley Ranch starting at 7:30 p.m..

Participants can feel free to bring a picnic or buy dinner from several food trucks that will be available. The concert is free, but donations are gladly accepted.
